📋 Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
We did our best to schedule teams as close to their game times as possible. However, with such a large league, a few teams may need to stick around up to 90 minutes after their games end.
⚠️ If your game runs long or ends close to your picture time, head over immediately after the Good Game Train.
Flex time / Buffer
Hey everyone! A few quick notes to help photo day run smoothly and get awesome photos of your kids:
We know how valuable your weekend time is, so we're running a packed schedule all morning. Please have your athlete(s) fully dressed and ready to go—with mitts, bats, cleats, and hats—by your team's scheduled time. We move quickly might not be able to wait for late arrivals. If you miss your time slot, you can come back between 4:30 and 5:00.
We'll have two photo stations going full steam, but there may still be a 15–30 minute wait (hopefully closer to 15). Thanks in advance for your patience while we give each kid a solid photo experience. Don't worry about choosing the correct lane; we'll choose for you.
W tried to be thoughtful with the schedule, but because of the dense game lineup, a few teams are slotted about 1 hour and 30 minutes after game time. That means a little bonus cooldown time after your game.
Most teams have photos before game time. But if your slot is after, and if your kid is a headfirst diver, consider bringing a change of pants or something to wipe off with before photos. A cleaner uniform = a better photo.
We'll have all hands on deck, but if you can, please stick around for your child's photos. You'll help hand off the bat, glove, and ball between poses. Bring bats and gloves — we'll provide the ball.
Parents, please help get kids lined up. The order doesn't matter, but being ready does. Think of it like baseball: have an "on-deck" and "in-the-hole" system so we can keep things moving.
Kids: pay attention while others are getting their photos taken. Watching helps you learn the poses and makes your turn go faster and smoother.
Missing a bat? No biggie. If your turn's coming up and you don't have one, borrow from a teammate or a nearby parent. We just need something in hand for the photo.
